How We Work

We work with major corporations on a global and national level as well as mid-sized firms to match the best specialists in different fields to your company’s needs.

Step 1: Identify client needs

Our first step is to assess your organization’s needs and the strategies needed to reach your goals. We will also meet with your key stakeholders to make sure we match the right expert with your team. We’ll ask questions about:

  • Your corporate or division strategy—what is it? Do you need help formulating this?

  • Your vision of the initiative -- Do you have a sense of the desired outcome?

  • Existing programs -- Is there something already in place that needs tweaking or a major overhaul? Do you need an outside consultant to develop a customized solution?

  • Budget parameters?


Step 2: Present ideas and recommendations

KnowledgeSources will recommend and introduce fully vetted experts based on your stated needs and present their credentials for your review. We present complete biographies on all potential consultants and firms outlining areas of expertise, credentials and affiliations. These specialists may be a particular firm, a specialized team we form based on project requirements, or a solo practitioner with in-depth, industry-specific expertise.

Other solutions may include brained-based and behavioral assessment tools that are administered by certified practitioners.


Step 3: Confirm solution and finalize implementation

The final step is to confirm which experts will work with your team and define the scope of the project. Thanks to our deep bench of expertise we have great flexibility and can work with you on a long-term or short-term contract basis or on a project-based engagement.
